So, now it’s time to get back to real life and start transitioning back to a solid food diet. For those of you new to a cleanse, it’s not recommended to go right back and starting eating pizza, mac and cheese, and egg sandwiches the first day after a cleanse. NO WAY! So here is my menu for transitioning:
Breakfast:
Warm water with lemon
Banana
Mocktail (filtered water, lemon, ginger & a pinch of honey)
Lunch:
organic lentil soup
quinoa & black bean tortilla chips
Dinner:
Spaghetti squash pasta with marinara sauce & a salad with oil & vinegar
Juicers, make sure to transition back slowly and to not jump head first in to the heavier things such as meat, dairy, gluten . It’s okay to have them, just start small.
